How do you fell about the So called Gangsta Movie being filmed in Harlem?

I know that they are doing the Nikki Leroy Barnes Movie and the Frank Lucas Movie in Harlem as well as a few other.
There is One story I think should be told Only because he did all his time with out make any federal deal (NO SNITCHING) Mr. Freddie Myers a.k.a. New York Freddie a well know Heroin Kingpin in Harlem that did 24 years with out snitching, and his wife and step children went to jail with him and left his 13 years old daughter to fend for herself in this COLD World and she is now a Teacher and she served 14 years in the US ARMY, Sounds like she found something to do with her time while she waited for her parents to come home

Why make movies at all about the Pee Wee's, Nick's, Frank Lucas, Skinny Freds, oh I mean New York Freddie Myers,If you gonna leave out the history of the Fat Jack Taylor's, and Jimmy goldfinger Terrell, or Michael Moore,and Michael Bailey, I know that real stories will never come to light but at least do one on some stubstance.
Trueth to it why not do a stort on a real hero of the streets like a Vaughn Harper or Tiny Archibald,come on aint it time to let true light be shined.

I think a freddie myers story would be interesting. I read his article in F.E.D.S magazine and he was one major player.

Freddie Myers definitely has street ethics and creditability.Myers story should be definitely told because you don't see many kingpins that serve their time without snitching. Other would be kingpins should take a lesson from him. Myers played the game the way it should be played.

To a certain degree I agree with you but we are always get to see movies about those people and they are already on TV and the Big Screen now we can enjoy a good entertaining movie about these people who do interviews for the FEDS magazine everybody has a story. If Vicky Stringer would have wrote about her ordeal with the law and her spending 5 years in a federal penitentiary and becoming an excellent writer and publisher. I happen to enjoy reading books that are publish by Triple Crown and that is Ms. Stringer's publishing company and with that company she has help alot of BLACK people who would have been given a chance to have there work publish so we need to HEAR, READ, SHARE to grow broaden our horizon's as a people and learn how to support each other as a people. Just read the F.E.D.S. article on NY Freddie. Stand up dude, if more hustlers abided by that code and did their time it would be worth getting into the game. What no one ever talks about is how the drugs get into the country in the first place. Only article tha I saw that addressed this was the Freeway Ricky Ross article where newspaper writers uncovered the whole connection between ghettos in LA being flooded with Coke and the Iran-Contra deal. Of course none of the major players got any time and "President" Reagan pardoned Oliver North and other major players. I would rather see a NY Freddie movie before any other so-called hustler that snithced on his former team. Buy the F.E.D.S. mag and read the article, worth the price!

WHY? Because this is the real! Do you know how many people grew up watching these Kats do what they do and they Looked up to the Pee Wee Kirkland's, NY Freddie's to some these where the only tangible hero's they had and to see them on the Big Screen will show the rise and the fall of that life style. At the end of the day everyone learns something.

Huh? Who? Think they are talking about Freddie Myers are you talking about the interview? I remember Jimmy Goldfinger. I notice a lot of misspelled words in that interview like the judge Knapp. Judge Knapp was the Judge that got involved with the police brutality case's in NY and he help a lot of people by trying to end police corruption and to stop the police for harassing drug dealers
