Well in the interview he gave the FEDS Magazine he stated he was out of the GAME when they arrested him but they had be investigating him for years before that so they arrest a man who wasn't in the Game anymore that was an unjust mistake that I hope Freddie Myers make them pay for.
I just got back from NY, I'm producing the doc, and it will be out in a couple of months. Its going to be good!!!!

I'm lost, what happened here? Rah Lava? Is Torrence's father?

Well I don't know spoke to Torrence who is now estranged from my aunt and he and Freddie have the father and son relationship going on. So I don't know. My aunt said Freddie was a dumb ass and still ignorant until this day I showed her a few of these post and she laughed.

She did admit that her husband West Indian Danny was trying his hand as a pimp, he had girls and all that, she wasn't one of his whores.

Danny also use to work for Nicky Barnes one of his people.

She said a few other things about Freddie but just waved him off as just that something in the past trying to reclaim a life that is long gone.

That's what's up!!! I can't wait to see it. Will the documentary be on TV, Cable, or just for sale on the streets?
I heard he has a Movie and Book deal’s with one of the hottest Publishing company’s ever to cover street novels. My peoples saw these film crew filming New York Freddy at the Morningside Park on Father’s Day they were probably filming parts of his movie.

Hey I think if the guy Torrence really wants to know who his father is tell him to do DNA Test with all the possible father's. As far as Melva go she might be right because when people come home from Jail after serving 24 yearsin maxium securty jail that's HARD TIME!!!! Some people usually suffer from a syndrome that cause's them to live in the past but it’s cool he will catch up to the 2000's BUT and when he do watch out. He already has a Book Deal, and Movie Deal and now a documentary the So, all the Money he is making will catch him up to date.

There is One story I think should be told Only because he did all his time with out make any federal deal (NO SNITCHING) Mr. Freddie Myers a.k.a. New York Freddie a well know Heroin Kingpin in Harlem that did 24 years with out snitching, and his wife and step children went to jail with him and left his 13 years old daughter to fend for herself in this COLD World and she is now a Teacher and she served 14 years in the US ARMY, Sounds like she found something to do with her time while she waited for her parents to come home.
I don't understand this "no snitch" mind set. How do we fix they ills of a group of people willing to live their live committing criminal mayhem without the help of someone stepping up and telling...this "no snitch" mind set is not a badge of honor...but more like aiding and abetting.
Wake Up Black America, let's start protecting the 98% of the population that want to live healthy, safe, honest and loving lives and stop assisting folks that thrive on mayhem.

HI EVERYBODY THIS IS TORRANCE THAT NOW RESIDES IN SEATTLE,WA. AFTER READING THESE COMMENTS, MOST OF THE STORIES ARE WRONG. TRUTH-MY MOM HAD A BOYFRIEND IN CHICAGO,ILL NAME NORMAN. MELVA IS MY MOTHERS NAME. YES, WE ARE ASTRANGED. YES FREDDIE MEYERS IS MY DAD AND THAT'S ALL THAT NEEDS TO BE SAID. NOW, MY DAD, DID HIS TIME LIKE A STAND UP GUY THAT HE IS. HE HAS NEVER SNITCHED ON ANY BODY AND THAT IS A MAN THAT I HAVE MUCH RESPECT FOR AND IT WOULD BE A CRIME IF THEY DIDN'T MAKE HIS LIFE STORY A MOVIE. THAT'S IT THAT'S ALL. LET THE TRUTH BE TOLD. AND BY THE WAY MY NAME IS TORRANCE NOT TORRENCE.

I really glad to hear she made it she did seem like someone that would.I did not know she had the world on her shoulders, so glad she made it.

REAL MEN DON'T SNITCH!!!
Like it or not these men like Lucas, Bumpy Johnson, Freddie Myers,Guy Fisher etc are black entrepreneurs whosome did find inventive ways to deal their death to the black community and all the whites who ventured into Harlem for drugs. We all learned about the “good things or actions of note” of many historical figures and tend to look at one aspect of their lives while ignoring the other parts.Thomas Jefferson was president and a great American icon, but he was also a serial rapist, slave owner and child molester. History glosses over these details and we tend to look at his other qualities. But we don’t do that for black men. Why? you know. We know th e human side of all these figures but rarely find out about the black stories. I think moolie is defending the honor of the Italian mob and rightfully so. It wasn’t the first time crime was organized, but it was ans is the most memorable. nowadays the gay Mafia is more powerful in the Us but times have changed. I’ll enjoy the movie for what it is. I’ll look to see historiacal accuracies in scences about Harlem and NYC.This country was built by criminals and still run by them. So a guy gets his story told. so what. He bypassed his competition and sold a better quality death. Take the idea and apply it to real business. The real movie should be about Frank Matthews out of Bk. He was the true black Godfather in money made and scale and he jumped bail and they haven’t caught him yet! Another poor black kid from the South coming up north to make a better life. More stories of the black experience.

Real stand up guy!!No Snitching.

This is the real story of Freddie Myers, one of the most infamous NYC drug kingpins to run the streets. In the past, street documentarians have covered dealers like Rick Ross, Alpo, Nicky Barnes, Frank Lucas, and all those famous pushers. But besides the #21 issue of F.E.D.S. Magazine, Freddie Myers' story has never been told. One of NYC's most notorious heroin hustlers of all-time, Freddie Myers is one hood hero the streets have been dying to learn about.
'Cause Freddie's story is one hell of a street tale. Like all good kingpins in the trade, Freddie Myers aka. NY Freddie eventually got knocked by the feds. But unlike many kingpins that get handed major sentences behind prison walls, Freddie Myers served his 24 years in prison...and his family served their time, too. His wife and step-children did their time in prison as well, and his 13-year-old daughter was forced to grow up on her own. Freddie Myers never snitched, owned up to what he did and served his time.'KINGPING: The Freddie Myers Story' is the first ever DVD to chronicle his incredible story.

"AFTER 24 YEARS IN THE FEDERAL PRISON, HARLEM'S BIGGEST DRUG DEALER TELLS ALL..."

Yes, I have the DVD I got it at Black Star. It is an attention getter I was soooo into it as I watch it because of the way they had actors play the story out. It is the first of it's kind of Street Documentary's because it wasn't just someone walking down the street talking and than interviews it had that but it also had story line it thats what makes it better than the rest. It was interesting to see the the Special Features. I think its the best out there and it's not because of Freddie but the Director and Editor and all the people that put it together made it different from the rest that are out there.
