1) Why would they name their after the NHL Phoenix team?

2) They are NOT a Travel team. Every player on that team has NOT ONCE played squirt level hockey.

3) Some of the players are only on that team because their parents are on the team "staff" and best friends.

It is my understanding they are also using 1999 birth years now. Probably should have understood their true talent level before exposing the kids to loss after "wide point spread" loss.
It wasn't enough to destroy the squirt organization at Whitestown by lying and saying they were going to take more kids from other organizations than from Whitestown. Now they have to supplement their "star" team with older players. Shame on them for even doing this.

I heard they have one 99 on there team because the kid quit the whitestown squirt travel team. I heard whitestown coach went nuts on the kid in the locker room and the kid was afraid to go back. Nice coach ! Kid went to Coyotes.

The Coyotes have two 2001 kids on there team also. Funny how they are hanging with second year squirt travel teams at there age.

You should get your facts straight. I heard from a board member that it never happened. Kid been trying to get on Coyotes all along- just too old. Kid's father is a whack job Rome Firefighter who would lie over anything and the kid is apparently a baby. I'll bet the coach is thrilled to had rid himself of that bunch.

Not only did this Coach freak out on this child, but did it in front of the entire team. Any child on the Squirt travel is a witness to this. Not to mention this coach being overheard that he will not play a scrimmage with the Coyotes because they would skate circles around them and they are an embarrasement to the organization.

I have a hobby- topix. I can be found trolling all hours- even while at the rink. I am sure you have seen me doing it under the guise of working while my kids skate. Oooh, juicy. Tell me more. Were you there to hear all of this or are you relying on word of mouth? If you were there you should really report what you heard! Get the adult who heard it to do so immediately, not that anything would be done. I heard the board condoned physical contact to players by coaches.
Why would a coach say the Coyotes are an embarrassment to the organization if they are an independant team in their own colors? I think someone is blowing smoke. Lots of it.
