If you think the bears ate very active then wait till october when they are looking to fatten up for cooler days.

Bears... big deal. Just call animal control and stop worrying about them. They don't want any more to do with you than you want to do with them. Just don't be stupid and try to pet them or put them on a leash and walk around town with them thinking your cool like all the jackoff pit bull abusers. The pits should be holding the leash considering they're smarter than the idiots on the other end.
