My voltage measures 127; linemen say this is normal. I have burned out three computer monitors in the last six months. I also have had electical interference in television reception for the past two months---snow, static, and loud cracking noises alternating with perhaps a minute of clear sound and picture. Normally I have good reception via antenna on six channels; now I can watch only one.
