NEW YORK – Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, the alleged shooter in yesterday's massacre at Fort Hood, played a homeland security advisory role in President Barack Obama's transition into the White House, according to a key university policy institute document.

The Homeland Security Policy Institute at George Washington University published a document May 19, entitled "Thinking Anew – Security Priorities for the Next Administration: Proceedings Report of the HSPI Presidential Transition Task Force, April 2008 – January 2009," in which Hasan of the Uniformed Services University School of Medicine is listed on page 29 of the document as a Task Force Event Participant.

not only ties to obama but ties to the mosque where the 911 bombers attended.the concerns of his fellow officers were disreguarded and he was allowed to remain in the position of major while spouting anti-american dogma from within our military system.WHO was protecting him,WHO promoted him and WHY was he allowed to remain in the position of service and not jailed for treasonist activity inside the military.i guess a lawsuit was the perfect protection since it would have been politically incorrect to discipline him as a muslim, that only reserved for regular service personell that seem to disappear from the radar if they speak the truth about their service questioning.why does our military need private security?iis that not like super humiliating to our armed service or are these companies just another arm of halliburton,we actually are loosing qualified military experienced people because they can make much, much more money with these private firms.wonder how many politicians invested in these firms, although it did lookl like the private sucurity was able to respond faster that 52,000 military personell.sad and discusting.

What a tired old chestnut that comment is! Well, if by "the land of fruit and nuts" you refer to Californa, the state that gave America Nixon and Reagan...yes ..we've had our share of Republican nuts.

Still...to connect Obama to this man is just what I said ..insane.

he was on his transition committee and evidently agreed with some of his ideology since obama went to a religous building that preached from the pulpit f--- america and f--- the white man.i believe there might be a little racial descrimination in that background because thats not how most americans view this country.i guess thats why our representatives are not allowed to review bills, they are looking out for their constituents and thats not in our best interest.

Of course he was on Obama's transition committee. If it had not been for Hannity, Jeremiah Wright would have been, too. Telling Osama Hussein, "God damn America!"

This is BS....you guys must read World Net Daily ....Jerome Corsi's wingnut, lie filled propoganda web site (I guess you have nothing better to do than use disinformation to soothe your hurt egos)...There are always plenty of things about any President to complain about legitimately. This is not one of them.

Please try to disseminate the facts in a reasonable and rational manner. The way you are doing it now just makes you look so foolish.

Shame on you all for cashing in on these murders for a cheap politcal foothold...its almost like you are all JIHADISTS yourselves ....you believe that you and your "group" are the only ones who have the answers and all indications otherwise are dismissed completely because you are unable to think rationally.

You are so damned uneducated....do the damned research, idiots.

OK, here's some research:

Media Matters was started by David Brock. Here are the list of donors who gave him money to start his company:
George Soros
Peter Lewis - friend of Soros, chairman of Progressive Corporation
Bren Simon - Democratic activist
James Hormel - part of Clinton administration
Susie Buell - longtime friend of Hillary Clinton

So they wouldn't be biased at all, would they?

He is actually against education.
Maybe he has had more years of experience than you've been alive. Maybe his IQ is much higher than average. Maybe he has run a successful business that hired twenty something year olds with degrees and spent a lot of his time correcting their mistakes. Maybe he's hired high schools graduates with a fresh degree that can't find a quarter inch mark on a tape measure. Maybe he knows first hand and has watched over many years as the worth of many of those degrees have deteriorated greatly. Maybe what he is really against is someone with a few years of education and very little experience who very arrogantly presumes he knows it all. Maybe he knows education doesn't always come out of a book, in a class room or with a degree. Maybe he just plain don't like smart mouth, arrogant, disrespectful little punks. Maybe he would really like to have a talk with you all alone out in the woods with no witnesses around. Oh well even a Dinosaur can have a dream, that is unless you'd care to make it a reality.

Maybe the people with degrees that would be applying for a pier building job are not exactly the cream of the crop. Maybe you do have an above average IQ. What test measured it?

There you go with that threatening crap again. When are you going to learn that I'm not afraid of you?

There you go again assuming something like you know what you're talking about again. I've worked for some of the largest contractors in the US. I've worked under engineers and have had engineers work for me.

That was not threat it is an invitation. Another fine example of your reading comprehension skills. Everybody is brave behind a keyboard. Couldn't care less if you're afraid or not.

Of coarse you do realize that I know you're just a split tail with a smart mouth and I enjoy virtual bitch slapping you around. Bet your husband wishes he could get away with it. Sincerely do hope he's healing well after the Halloween thing.

Daily Horoscope for December 27

Libra

You're full of empathy and affection today, so it would be a shame not to spread it around. It's a marvellous day for a low-key get-together with some of the people you haven't seen during the past few days, because you'll enjoy having a good chat about what's been happening. Once your social duties are out of the way you'll love curling up on the sofa with a good book or a favourite film.
