Don't start an issue, there has been plenty of trash talk about all the schools, so let it go. If you want to know go read other forums that have been on this site. Leave the kids, parents, teachers, etc… alone. It's time the kids focus on their education and parents back them no matter what school they attend.

It is a damn shame for a parish so small to have 4 high schools. I think there are many schools in Baton Rouge and surrounding areas with more students than FRA, CHSPC, PCCHS and LHS combined. Imagine, if there was one high school with all the talent and support each school gets in our area. However, that will never happen in this lifetime.

I never thought about one big school I think that would bring the whole Parrish together and I would have to think it would save money to but your right that'll never happen I'd say never ever not just our lifetime

That would be great, but I don't think CHSPC/FRA and Livonia would combine because one is public/private. However, if PCCHS and and Livonia combined that would be great.

Yeah NR you are right if we combined LHS and PCCHS the sky would be limit in the amount excellent that could be accomplished. From the classroom to the football field, our parish youth would be better prepare to tackle the outside world. Hell we would even save money on school board yearly budget and maybe even lower parish property taxes. This also would allow our youth to forged relationship that year ago would have been frown upon that would go beyond the classroom and into the political and community organizations. However, what am I thinking? This will never happen in Pointe Coupee Parish! Congratulations to our local taxpayers for continuing to paying maintenance and upkeep of two small parish high schools. In addition, we have a parish school that not even one quarter is being used. There not even enough student s to occupy half the place. What a freaking waste!
