Im in need of a new heat/air unit installed! Anyone know or have any opinions of his work???

do not use him. my maamma used him and he sucks. he dont come when you call him. and when he does come he does a half a$$$

I've used him a few times and was pleased each time. Everybody has their bad days. I didn't think his prices were too bad either. Just my experiences.

He's worked on my ac unit . He did a good job, came shortly after I called .You may need to climb in the attic with him and deal with a little heat and see what it's like b4 bashing him. Call him up and tell him personally if you are not satisfied . I'm sure he will fix whatever you are not happy with.

Jimmy Glaze is a good and generous man and an excellent A/C guy. I own several rental properties. I've tried others and have not been satisfied with any of them. Jimmy even came out at 9:30 on a Sunday night to fix one of the units at one of my properties. If you have a problem with the services you received, you need to communicate directly with him. He will answer your call promptly. He does very professional work.

I had him install a new central unit for me less than two years ago. I have had the same problem with it three times. Twice he has come out and works on it for less than five minutes. It works for a few months then the same shit again. I called him Monday to come see about it again. He told me he would be here in the afternoon. Here it is Thursday afternoon and he hasn't made it here yet. He can kiss my ass. I might have to pay more money for someone else but it will be worth it.

Does anyone have any comments on Shane Gremillion who owns New Roads Heating and Air? How is his workmanship and his prices. Is he dependable unlike Jimmy Glaze?

I had Shane Gremillion from New Roads Heating and Air come out today to do the job that Jimmy Glaze has yet showed up to do. I was very pleased with Shane's work. He was running a few minutes late and called to let me know he was running a little behind. He is a very nice young man and very dependable. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Thanks LA LAW!!! As far as "get a life" there is nothing wrong with my head. The truth is the truth and it looks like you have a hard time accepting that. Well; You were "EXTREMELY RUDE & MEAN" to her; with your Reply!!! She only stated her opinion & experience she had gone through with him!!! She is DEFINITELY entitled to her opinion!!! Frankly; I don't blame her one DAMN bit!!! After You spend all that MONEY on a NEW UNIT; You're entitled to receive EXCELLANT SERVICE!!! After She had to call him; month after month; with the same problem; and he didn't show up the last time; She has the RIGHT to call someone else; to get the problem RESOLVED!!! Plus; it's a SHAME; she had to put out more MONEY; for a BRAND NEW UNIT; to get the unit SERVICED!!! She should've sent him the BILL; since a BRAND NEW UNIT is in WARRANTY; and, he NEVER CORRECTED the PROBLEM; from the get-go!!! In case You don't know; Central Units are quite EXPENSIVE; and, not to mention how HOT; the temperature has been; it's a DAMN SHAME; she had to go through that!!! The least he could've done; was to HONOR his product and service!!! After; being called every month for the same problem; he should've "FIXED THE PROBLEM"; after all; he's the one that sold, installed and serviced the product!!!

Had trouble with my ac when I woke up this am . Called Mr glaze he said as soon as it stops raining ill be there. Sure enough he came and took care of the problem .

I used james glaze a/c several times in the past. He was always on time & he got my unit going at a very fair price. You people need to get a life & leave this hard working man alone

Can say that Jimmy Glaze is much better then Chillco! You can call Chillco over and over and never get an answer and you can leave message and never get return phone call!! Jimmy will usually answer the phone or he will call you back and when he says he will be there he is there!
