If you want to eat good quality food, then you have to pay for it. Overhead costs of a restaurant are unimaginable, especially the cost of quality food. That's not even taking into account insrances, utilities, building costs, supplies, licenses and permits....the list goes on and on......

I totaly agree! The license fees alone are the the most ridiculous! Utilities are next, in the city the cost of utilities are sky high. I don't understand how a business can make these payments, it's not the customers killing business, it's the cost of doing business!

You are correct and that is the issue here.
It all begins with quality service and quality food.
Satterfields offers neither.
Especially, quality food.

Solve that problem and everything else pays for
itself.

Don't get the wrong impression. It's not a personal issue. I eat at satterfields often. Upstairs and downstairs. And will continue to do so.

When you take into account the "quality" issue as compared to price, it's hard to make an argument with the quality of food served at the two restauraunt located just hundreds of yards away.(especially since I saw my stuffed eggplant come out of a frozen box).
I like satts food. Will continue to eat there.
Don't make it a quality/price issue.
It is what it is.
