Is the Police Chief of the Village of New Richmond still suspended with or without pay. When is the Clermont County Prosecutor going to charge him. And why is this such a secret with village council.The citizens of New Richmond need to demand an answer.

The suspended police chief in New Richmond has been indicted on six charges by a Clermont County grand jury.

Chief Willoughby is facing:

* One charge of menacing by stalking
* Two counts of unauthorized use of a computer
* One count of obstruction of official business
* One count of dereliction of duty
* One count of theft in office

and still the village idiot is running the show.......sad
