I was in there last year 2006-2007 and the apartment was o.k.; however, if you have any maintenance problems it is like pulling teeth to get them to fix something. Throughout my one year lease I had at least 10 problems with something in the apartment (toilet leaking, broken faucet, washer wouldn't drain, etc.) and it took at least 10 days before I could get them to even come the apartment so I could show the the problem and a couple of day more if they had to "order" a part. The complex was only built a couple of years ago (which is one of the reasons I chose them) but it was obvious they were built pretty cheaply. Sorry I couldn't give a good review; however, I wouldn't want someone to get stuck their for a year after signing a lease. Take Care. CW

well I live at the apartments right now and I don't have any problems at all...As far as maintenance goes I put in an order for something they are usually there that day or the next morning. so the conclusion to this is that everyone has there own opinion and alot has to do is with your personality...so I would pay the complex a visit and talk to the people you see and ask there opinion then and only then make your decison on whether to live here or not....
good luck on finding a place

Thanks for your input guy's.

I am living there now and love it! I'm sure there are going to be some problems, but that is everywhere. I find everyone in the office and maintinance to be very nice and seem to be responsible people.

My only issue is that I'm on the first floor in the back and my floors are not level in the dining area. Other than that so far so good.

Yes-And, if I weren't afraid of them seeing this-and coming-up with a way to evict me,(even if it is illegal...) I would tell you..
But, if I were you...
(I just don't want anyone else to go through-what I have..)

nice quiet location and next to a trail. Place is well maintained. Now for the rest. When you give notice they require 60 days, they want you to pay for carpet cleaning and give them the receipt for proof or they will charge you to have the carpets cleaned. They also give you a check out list that rivals any check out We did while living on base housing. They have random inspections every quarter. This is advertised as a gated community but it has not worked during the time we have been here. The cable is terrible and goes out during hard rain. If you want TV this is all you can get and it cost about $45.00 a month. You get 66 channels ( about 5 pay, stars and encore) Present management will say one thing then deny the made the statement when it comes up later. We decided to move as management seems to forget that it's the resident that pays there salary. Many here would like to move to another location but because they live on a limited income can not. Also if you decide to move here do not move into build. 1 or 2 unless you move to a west unit. The sun during the summer really heats the east side units up even though we have put blackout drapes. We were told to keep the lights off as the added heat will cause the ac to run.
Other than that it's not a bad place to live.

I presently live here. The location is great and it's close to shopping and a hospital not to mention the trail. The Grounds are kept up pretty well. That being said we are leaving for several reasons. management seems to think the residence have little to no say. It's supposed to be gated but has never worked. Cable is terrible and if you want TV you have to take it and pay for it. Every time the weather gets bad it goes out. They have about 8 HD channels but you can barely hear them. They do a walk through of your apt 4 tomes a year which I think is intrusive. Management seems not to know what the left hand is doing. a resident can be a problem and management really does not want to get involved. Management here is kind of like , if the can't dazzle you with there intelligence then they will try to baffle you with there BS.

I presently live here but have decided to move, many I have talked to would like to move but because of a limited income they can not. Also personality has nothing to do with it. Your correct about maint and I have no problem with the 2 guys here.

I live across the street from the apartments. I watched them being built. The residents are very respectful and the ground very well maintained. As far as a sink hole "Where?" I actually took a tour of the apartments and I witnessed the interaction of the office with several residents. They didn't seem unconcerned about the resident. I guess if your're a problem child it goes with you no matter where you live. My husband and I walk every morning and evening. We have met and become freinds with a couple of the residents. They are vey happy with their home and never complain about any employee or management.

Ditto, my sister and her husband live here and they love it! I have visited on several occasions an I find it very well kept and always a nice place to visit. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I really don't know what the other reviewer was referring to. I believe you get back what you give so possibly they were a pain the in A** as renters.

If you ck the dates on those two questions by that person you will see they asked the first question in 2007 & then their next comment was a year later in 2008

It's funny how people always need to complain about something. I have a grandmother that has lived there since the day the property opened. Not once has there been a problem with anything. The property is well maintained and the staff is great. The people that are questioning about the property, have you ever wondered that the one's that are complaining might have been a problem ie. not following the rules and have nothing else better to do than to complain???? I would suggest going to check out the place. It's beautiful and worth taking the drive if you really want a change from where your at!!
