It is greatly upsetting to me to write this letter, as I cannot understand why the city of New Port Richey would harbor a criminal.

This individual has destroyed the dreams of several individuals, by committing acts of fraud and misrepresentation. He passes himself off
as a victim, but still manages to fly away to Bermuda every chance he gets.

It is amazing how he and EFFE Energia, or Effetech, or whatever business he is calling it now, is allowed to roam free in your city,
and continue these malicious acts. He does not care whom he hurts.

Go ahead. Look into my case. Do your own research. You'll understand that this man is not to be trusted, that he has scum for legal representation, and his main interest is hurting others.

Shame on your city for allowing it.:-(

That scum of a lawyer of his, btw, is Donald Peyton, who apparently is a bit of a sleaze himself, based on this website:

Floridamarlin....I would love to know what your experience(s) with Mr. Wescom and his attorney were. I am in the middle of some dealings with him myself. He stopped being available by phone quite some time ago.

Floridamarlin and camsmom... What were the issues and experiences you had with Mr. Wescom? If able, can you elaborate because I think you would be surprised on how many others there are. I was strong enough to let him get into my back pocket, but he dragged me for awhile. Time is money!!!

We had a Bond for sale and received a Letter of Intent stating the following:

I Earl Wescom authorized signatory, hereby confirm with full legal responsibility, that we are ready, willing and able to purchase the bond(s) offered, for the price offered of $5,000,000,000, less commissions providing you can provide me a photo of at least one of the bonds, front and back, showing the bond number if any, This offer is valid for two days, from today’s date of submission.
Bonds must be GOOD, CLEAN, CLEARED FUNDS/ASSETS of non criminal origin and are free and clear of liens or encumbrances of any nature. Said BONDS must be proven to be real and authenticated. In order to accept the bond, we will require a picture of the bond, with todays newspaper, showing all four corners, being held by the owner, with his passport, of both the front and back of the bond. I will also require, owners CIS, passport and other supporting documentation in order to schedule the closing.

The letter further stated:

The procedure will be to meet, sign contracts and assorted agreements, arrange for authentication, and once done, payment will be made within 24-72 hours, depending on when we receive the photos and complete the documentation.
Please sign acceptance of this offer, and confirm when you will supply the photo(s) and compliance package.
Initial payment schedule is set to occur, with a paymaster in CANADA to receive the funds and will pay out, to owner, as per our discussions, and those funds will be transferred in the owners name starting upon closing.
I, EARL WESCOM, hereby swear under penalty of perjury, that the information provided herein is accurate and true as of this date: July 24, 2012

Needless to say, it is now September 4, 2012 and Wescom has disappeared.

Daily Horoscope for May 21

Pisces

It's a great day for fixing anything that needs attention now. That might be a dripping tap, a sick child, an unpaid bill or a miffed partner. However, you'll do particularly well if you need to sort out something connected with official or joint finances or red tape. You might be asked to help someone deal with a bureaucratic problem, especially if they're elderly.
