Seems Mark Bellinger, found "suicided" in Pelham, AL near Lewis Communications' Larry Dale Norris' two offices, was involved in the below linked JOE COMPANY non-profit with Dawn Moliterno, who is now on the Northwest Florida International Airport Board and Dan Rowe who is the President/CEO of the Panama City Beach Convention & Visitors Bureau, and serves as the Executive Director of the Bay County Tourist Development Council.

Mark Bellinger stole $1.4Million from the Okaloosa TDC and Okaloosa Clerk of Court via wire of BP and Bed Tax monies to Lewis Communications and then Regions Bank and then guess which Title Company and Realtor for closing on his mortgage free home and later a yacht???

It is about time we band together and force a real investigation into this Green isle Ranch thing. Bridges of America is still a FDOC vendor robbing we taxpayers blind for doing nothing. Then the people let them get away with covering up the rapes of this little boys. Why? Because this Lake Sheriff has friends in high places I guess.
