4th Bank Robbery in New Philadelphia !!!

What is going on in downtown New Philadelphia? I can't believe no one has been arrested yet, somebody must recognize the photo of the suspect that was in the paper. Any thoughts?

It seems the robberies are limited to a small geographic area in New Philadelphia so it would appear that the robber lives in the area. I wonder if the FBI is involved in the case at this point and how much is netted at each robbery. Something seems strange in this case.

When the economy goes down, crime goes up. We all know that.
I wonder just the opposite, if they are not from the area and just coming here to commit their crimes so they won't be recognized.

Good point about the criminals being from out of town- it just seems to pick small banks close to the police station and not near an interstate for a quick getaway might suggest a local connection. I read the robber spoke into his cellphone and told someone to meet him on Allen Lane which is kind of an out of the way street if you were not familiar from the area

My thinking behind robbing banks close to the police station is they probably think that there isn't much patroling that close to the police station since there are always officers close to the station. If that makes sense.

To answer some of your questions here by post #'s #1 We think that the first three robbery's were done by the same person, no mask, great description and composite drawn. Photo line up done with about 50 diferent persons no luck. Most likely out of towner.#2 Not sure whats up with the locations of the robbery's other than they are pretty ballsy. The FBI and BCI are also involved due to the fact that there are other area being hit by the same persons. There are at least three groups in are area alone.#3 I always say the joys of living on a interstate.#4&5 We arrive within 2 minutes of all the robbery's. We have started a Facebook page and are posting info there.
