Typical republicans calling citizens seeking "public information" profiteers! State law does not require those seeking records to state why they want them. But, now the republicans want a judge to decide if a citizen has the right to "public information"! It doesn't take any educated person long to figure out that these stinking republicans don't want the taxpayers, that fund the accumulation of this information, to have easy access! republicans absolutely do not want public access to any embarrassing or incriminating information!
