Why is it that a man from the neighbor Darryl P Clark is still able too be raising children when he is a known drug dealer in pittsburgh pa and also in New Paltz to Kingston Poughkeepsie supplying everyone and no ones doing anything about he known for abusing children that are not his from hanging small children upside down from a pole and whipping them like slaves The young man he raise as his own is facing charges now since Mr.Clark thought it be okay to have 16 pounds of mary jane sent too him from arizona parents watch ur children he's not the man he pretends to be he is a drug dealer .

If you are in Florida how do you know he is in upstate NY ? Also, are you from NYS ? I do not doubt what you say but I am curious about how you know this guys whereabouts.
