"The arts district helped draw owners Michael Conn and Kamafily Sissoko to Carmel."

There is an Angie Conn who works for the City of Carmel. Any relation to Michael?

People....It's totally happening in Carmel. Don't just stand there on the sidelines watching, get involved. Live Life today, not tomorrow.

Nothing wrong with a new restaurant, and for those who complain about the tards in office, you guys elected them. Did you think you'd get anything less that tarded comments from them?

I think Carmel's Mayor has some pull to get the negative comments pulled, don't you?

"When they learned about the growth in the Arts & Design district and the mix of educated, upper-income patrons it draws, they thought it would be a perfect fit."

Look at your old newspaper on Wednesday if you want to see the original story It would indicate that the new owners made the comment and not Carter. My wife was once quoted in the paper and everything was taken out of context and misquoted. The Avon Location is from Carmel through the local cable. They must have problems with their servers.
