It's a miracle! With a few keystrokes, I suddenly have a buildable lot in Carroll Valley. I wonder if the Borough knows? Since when was this 1992 condemned road paved? And who put that septic and well 'on site?'

Two million dollars for a nincompoop job, some conscientious high school kids would have done a better.

Heads need to roll.
