First I will address the Non-traffic citations filed SIX YEARS ago. It was the strategy of my ex-wife’s divorce attorney to have as much public attention brought to bear on me in an attempt to promote the perception that I was a bad husband. HEAVEN SENT complains about the semantics of me listing the certification by the MJB. Any education that one takes can ever be taken from them therefore my certification is not “ a meaningless piece of paper” I attended every class, tested and passed the certification program. I am extremely proud of this because the fail rate is extremely high. To pass the program at the first testing is commendable.
I obtained the certification and I will re-test and be current by the time I take office. There is nothing misleading or not truthful in what I list on my website. Certified by the Minor Judiciary Board of Education, then and by the time I take office. Thanks for reading it!
MAY THE BEST MAN WIN discusses current and active experience. Can you take away an experience? That is like to say you can un-ring a bell. I have investigated, prosecuted, or been involved with cases in all levels of our court system from minor traffic to criminal homicide. I have civil experience as well with bad checks and landlord/tenant complaints.
I have been involved with cases before the federal courts both civilly and criminally. Our streets are now safer because of my arrests that brought federal convictions and sentences of multiple 35 years to life for large city drug dealers that thought we were just “local yocal wannabees” and preyed on our youth. I hope this answers the “THEY WERENT COPS” post.
I am not sure how the comments that HEAT listed about Greg Hollingers lifestyle were removed, but I agree that is was a good call. This type of dialog is inflammatory, and even if true has no place in an environment such as this.
In the beginning of this race the three of us shook hands and agreed to keep the campaign clean. There is a lot of information that is quite on the “insider” type. That is, most of the public would not be able to dredge or know where to find it. So someone close to the candidates is inflaming this race. I have not and shame on you if you allow this to continue.
I said before and I will say it now, if you want to stand toe-to-toe with me for a debate, use your true name and come on.

Look what is happening in York County with the Judge over there. Domestic violence issues. Hopefully we will not have a judge like that in Adams county.
