Or as the informed pothead, you can sit down and in great detail, explain the "tax and regulate" plan you guys seem to think you can put in place. I've never had one single stoner make a solid argument in favor of legalizing weed under the guise of an economic stimulus, seeing as how any of you can just grow the crap in your basement or back yard. I would suspect growing it would be one of the many "regulated" features of your plan and those who do not have permits would be breaking the law.
...But that's just me, someone who has both feet firmly planted in the world of science and medicine where we scoff at your lame attempts at "evidence" supporting its use. I'm qualified, but I don't give two shits about that side of your argument. I want to see if you stoners actually have a plan or if you stopped at a nifty slogan and spaced out on your couch.
Um there already is a tax stamp on marijuanna, that is how they made it illegal to begin with. Please become informed before trying to show intelligence.

Medical mj is a joke. a bad joke on the parents and sibling that have to put up with the stoned out of their mind kids, etc. I personally have seen much of it and what happens. I know a few of my kids friends that are dead. Fify dead now on the US / Mexico border. the idoits in our government are giving the cartels thousands of guns and they are killing people going and coming , some are out dea agents and fbi.
For one it is not for the medical use of kids. It is for the medical use of legal adults(18 yrs of age and above). This is same for a consentual adult who buys alchohol. For two your friends are not dead because of medical use of marijuana, it is because of some other substance use. If medical use was legal it would not be considered a "gateway" drug because most people would not go to a dealer who is selling several different types of illegal drugs. They would obtain a medical presciption for marijuana only. For third if it were legal we would not have as much conflict on the Mexican border.

The main reason I want it legalized is so pigs can stop putting my brothers and sisters behind bars for our harmless drug. We will also be able to find jobs without changing our lifestyle and provide for our families. There can still be rules but must of us responsible smokers will obey them and smoke our shit at home like we already do asshole. I never understand why you people have such a problem with weed when it's harmless. We wouldn't steal and kill for something we can have and know we won't go to jail for. I just feel that the government is afraid of how much weed will stimulate our minds to see their bullshit. I'm don't need a permeant to grow fruit neither should I need one to grow my weed.

Typical burnout response with awful grammar and piss poor spelling. Hey loser, you're lucky you've got enough brain cells left to even punch the buttons on your keyboard.
