Promotion, graduation test scores due out Tuesday

I thought that the Leap & Gee test was to help the Teachers and the student to see what they need to improve in not keep them back or stop them fromm graduation because the miss it by one or two points please help me understand this we have so many dropping out of school because of this Leap & Gee test
