Considering what a boondoggle the program has proven to be anyways. this might just give the republicans in the Louisiana state legislation a face saving out.

Louisiana voucher students score almost 30 points below average on LEAP tests

I quoted from the article.
.
Now, what do you think about our first black president having the first black attorney general telling black people in Louisiana they can not have a say in where their kids go to school?
.
Imagine, that evil Republican Indian-American governor thinking those parents should have a say!

Well then maybe your problem is reading comprehensionÖ the main point of the article is about segregation and not about school vouchers. But like I said, you right-wing idiots come on here with your preprogrammed talking points and spew you stupidity irregardless (love that word) of the facts.

I am well aware our illustrious first black Attorney General is concerned about such weighty matters such as a few black kids rubbing shoulders with a few white kids.
.
If segregation is such a big worry to Barack Obama then let Barack Obama send HIS daughters to a Washington, DC public school instead of segregating them to the rich folks kids school.
.
End segregation now!
.
P.S. Proof quality of education IS more important than integration is listen to Eric Holder talk for 10 minutes.

I have no objections to vouchers as long as they are nor used for schools run by fundietards! Let the religious loonies pay for their schools without wasting the taxpayer dollars of normal people!

The voucher program has had three years to come up to speed. All excuses aside. The program is a failure. As well as being unconstitutional.

It is time to start to look art this problem in the real world.. looking for real world answers. not pie in the sky "private sector" is going to bail out the "public sector" problem of education.

Actually only in public school not demanding that tax dollars goes to sending little jonnie or janie to a private/religious school.
