Well, you know what they say about ignorance!
If ignorance is bliss, then you must be happy as heck... Probably why you are laughing!

Whatever...I guess the fire official just made it up...who knew?!
Let me say this to you again. The family does speak English. I know them. I happened to teach the young man and his brother. Their parents speak and read English perfectly. The sad part about this whole thing is that YOU, REX STEELE are saying ignorant things and a LIFE WAS LOST!!!! What is your problem? You don't have any compassion? I feel sorry for you. I hope and pray that God protects your children from any type of calamity since you don't seem to have any regards for the children of someone else. Regardless if a person was able to speak English or not, they have a right to picnic and enjoy their family. Leonardy was NOT SWIMMING in the river. He fell into the river. The news reporters even rewrote the article with the proper information. If you researched this situation further, you would have known that. So, who is the person who is not reading now?

Rex, you never played near the water when you were a child? You have never done anything like that when you were a child? You must be perfect. You must have been a perfect child/teenager. Wow! I would love to meet Mr. Perfect Rex Steele. I can see that you have no compassion or understanding for others. I am just going to pray for you Rex. But I am saddened. I lost a student and all you can see is the mistake he made. Imagine how his parents are feeling. But you know what? Life has a funny way of dealing to people the very thing they criticize others about. In other words, "What goes around comes around." I pray that you NEVER experience what this family is going through.

No, actualy I did...I played in the river and near the water and in pools.
But, the difference is ...I knew how to SWIM...
This wasn't a child, it was a 15 yr old teenager...hell almost an adult...there is no excuse at 15 for a child not to know how to swim in this day and age.
And yes...I am perfect....and NO..I don't want to meet you....I like women my own age... shriveled and gray is not my thing....but if you need something like that..there are websites you can go to...everybody should find someone...even if they have to go to a website to get it...

I came to this country when I was 8 years old and learned English. My parents who are not from this country had already learned English while in college. Although I do believe that people would benefit from learning more than one language, I believe that anyone who is able should learn English when they live in the United States. My son speaks three languages, but the main language is English.

All that said, I do truly feel bad for the young man who died in this terrible incident. I don't think we should be focusing on the language issue, but rather on extending sincere condolences to his family.

Actually Rex, I still have all my natural teeth. But tell you what, I will send you a blow dryer and you can do it yourself.
