Perhaps the law could be modified to include application that illustrates the prospective owner's qualifications and detailed plan. I hope Dr. Galvin gets to do this - sounds like a wonderful couple with lots of common sense and compassion.(Dudley and Boomer are very blessed!)

what is it they dont understand about the law? You cant own Big Cats in OHIO. That is the law, so dont do it.
