The city determined: the regular drunks have been in withdrawal long enough. This place isn't suitable for the regular drunks and will be a boost to the community. So the order is they have to put it back the way they found the building and continue as rosie's. The drunk drivers will have no worry and the underagers will be welcomed back as always.

up Thursday November 1st. Until then if you can speak spanish they will let you in to eat and drink. If you like el bracero's and cant speak spanish go to sikeston until the 1st.
