Shame on all of you to slander the name of the accused, how the hell do ya'll even know the reason behind this tragedy, it's awful for both families, but everyone goes to gossiping, like every single one of ya'll doesn't have some type of problem and ain't none of ya free from sin, so tell all your gossip to God, but remember he forgives!!! Both families will be in my prayers tonight!!!

The man that is 'accused' is a Piece of....well you know what. Yes most of us had sinned, but murder isn't very common, unless your the likes of the accused.

By the sound of your comment, you think that murder is ok if they think that they have a reason???? No matter what or who, murder is not acceptable for ANY reason. And yes, we all have problems and most have sinned in their life, but MURDER????? Come on, sounds like you need to talk to God and ask him to explain a few things to you.

THE only way you defend Bobby Rooker is if you are family or one of his drug buddies.Bobby has kids and this didn't even straighten him up.He has been in a lot of things and trouble.This time he really did it and now he is at the end of the road.He will have a total different kind of journery to make it through now.The kids are going to be the one hurt.They have to grow up and deal with this cruel world knowing their daddy is a killer.It is so sad how many lives Bobby has ruined.

It sound like you are a troublemaker who has stress their self out.Take a chill-pill and do everybody a favor and stay off of Topix.They say you can't take the heat then stay out of the kitchen.These is a show-me-state and it is only natural people are curious.I am sure there are more people concern then you are giving them credit.It is a tragic for everyone.So don't you make trouble where there shouldn't be any.O.K R.I.P and God bless everyone.

You seem to be the one on here making all trouble with all the questions. If you were a close friend of the family YOU would know all the answers to your questions but obviously you are not! It's people like you causing all the trouble...like I said GET A LIFE!

You may not like Bobby Rooker, that's certainly understandable and Patrick Bradley may have been your friend, but those aren't "the facts". The new Missouri Capital Murder Law prohibits the application of the Death Penalty unless one of 14 specifically listed aggravating circumstances are found to be part of the offense:

1.Prior capital murder convictions, or a history of serious assault convictions;
2.A second capital murder which is committed at the same time;
3.Using a device in a public place that endangered persons other than the victim;
4.That the murder was committed for pay;
5.That the victim was a judicial officer or prosecutor, or had been one, and that the murder occurred during or because of the victim’s exercise of his duties;
6.That the defendant hired another person to commit the murder;
7.That the crime “was outrageously or wantonly vile,” involving “torture, or depravity of mind”;
8.That the victim was a working police officer, corrections officer or fireman;
9.That the murder was committed while the a~:cused was in custody, or having escaped custody;
10.That the murder was committed to avoid, interfere with, or prevent the lawful arrest or custody of himself or another;
11.That the murder was committed during the commission or attempted commission of certain felonies;
12.That the murder victim was a witness or potential witness in any past or pending investigation or prosecution;
13.That the mu rder victim was a correctional employee or an inmate of a correctional institution;
14.That the murder victim was killed as a result of high jacking an airplane, train, ship, bus or other public conveyance (RSMo 656.032).

for a matter of fact i did like bobby until he killed pat,i never said bobby would get sentenced to death.i said my opinion is that he should get atleast death row.he sent pat to his death and he should have to pay with his own life.but i do feel bad his his kids and his mom.patrick was a young man with his whole life ahead of him,he should not have lost it especially by someone like bobby.

Yeah. Jimmy was there. It was his house Patrick got murdered in. Pat's OWN FATHER was the one who HAD that piece of crap there that day! No, he didn't die. He was having a DRUG OVERDOSE while his son stood there and got stabbed trying to get Rooker out of the house! You know. At first I was upset that Jimmy didn't die too! Now I hope he does - and has to live with - every day - knowing how much SHIT AND TURMOIL that he added to Pat's life! Pat did not need Jimmy's help!! Look what it got him. Way to go JIMMY on being a GOOD INFLUENCE on your son that was so wonderful!
