Ice Cream Place Tom & Jerry "touching kids"

Has anyone heard about the owner Touching Kids?
Also the Health inspector checking out why their ice cream machine is not cleaned every day?

Yea I heard the old blond chick that owns the place was playing with one of her employees weiner.
I heard also the health dept has been in numerous times about keeping that ice cream machine clean.

if you are talking about Tom and Jerry's Ice Cream in Flushing Mi...you are way off base on all these comments. None of you live in Mi how can you make such accusations! If you are making these comments and it is not the ice cream place in Mi you had better verify... oterwise you are going to get a slander slapped on you....this owner is top notch and honest and cleaner than anyone

I was visiting the area The first weekend in Sept. and I went in to this shop. I must say that a girl with shoulder length hair was dishing ice cream with no gloves. The ice cream machine had a lot of ice cream running off it. I was not impressed. A friend told me about the forum that lives in Flushing. What can I say, only what i saw!

you don't have to use gloves...when a napkin is used which they do. No hands ever touch what you are injesting. that is what the health dept. requires.
I also know every person that works there and there has NEVER been any inappropriate anything. The owner rocks and has great respect for all her employees. And by the way she is not blonde or old. Nor has the health dept. found any infractions on the ice cream store! The place is clean and we go there because of the great service friendly employees and wonderful price. The owner is always doing nice things to improve every year.

Well That is interesting Miss jenny. Touching someone is very serious. What have the police said?
If she is Touching kids she is in over her head. She will be registered as a sex offender.
If she is "touching kids she sure isn't going to broadcast it.
