Im trying to move a new trailer on owned property by my grandparents. I was told no, that I couldn't move a new trailer on the land. but even if we move the trailers that are grandfathed in the town. You can not replace it with a new one. You can only move in a trailer from 2nd street to 3rd street. I just wonder how its going to effect the mayor of New Llano. What happens if he needs a new trailer for his rental property. If they are in need of replacement because they are unable to be repaired. Also the trailer park he owns is passed the area for trailer.

Wrong, all Wrong the mayors trailer park has a 3rd street address look it p in the phone book! I also called the City Hall and spoke to the Building Inspector and the area where the trailer park is was petitioned for through the Zoning Commission and Zoned as a trailer Park.
