Alcohol Suspected In Double Fatality

On Saturday, November 29, 2008, at 2:33 am, Louisiana State Police Troop E responded to a fatal crash involving one vehicle.

This is so sad, but what do you expect? Living in a small town there is not really much to do but drink or get into mischief,isnt this like the 4th or 5th deadly accident with kids ranging between 16 - 22 in the past month? OPEN YOUR EYES PEOPLE!!! DO YOU KNOW WHERE YOUR KIDS ARE???

This has been my question all along? I have a 16 year old son and he is very active in school and social life but dont ever think that I dont know where he is and who he is with at all times. My son was friends with or went to school with most of these kids who died. I understand that once they turn 18, we as parents dont have as much control but all I can hope for is that he will make wise choices when they have to be made by him. My thoughts and prayers are with all these families.

this is a sad situation, most definitely, but after reading the article, it does appear that "buckling up" saves lives. "buckling down" on drunk driving isnt an easy task with the amount of traditional alcohol consumption in our state. i'm no innocent, i admit, but now it scares me to death that my own 18 year old is out there joining the tradition. My applaud to justme for keeping up with his kids. That takes effort, and alot of parents arent willing to put it forth.

To Hell with Louisiana . Go ahead and pay your taxes to these Corporate Criminals and peices of *&^%. I am suing these people in the state gov. and Louisiana State University and all the Judges that were handling this case including the DA and his corrupt adversaries in the DAs Offices. Along with that the personal lawsuits against each and everyone of these peices of *&^% will be enjoyable to see them loose everything. Oh one other thing. As I stated before. They have tried to kill my daughter. I know where each and everyone of you live so when you feel froggy go ahead and try that little trick again. Lets see what happens then.
