Well The System Works Once Again. WE in perry county now have a judge that does her job correctly. Tina Boyer Will Not Allow The Corrupt Police or sherrifs In Perry county To Use Evidence Gained Illegally. She Officially Declared that my arrest was improper and that an illegal entry occured in june when i was arrested. My Mirranda Rights Were violated and my 4th and 5th amendment rights were violated. recently police tried to plant drugs at my home. they sent a ci in my home who was a convicted felon he had to provide evidence against me in return for charges being dismissed against him. while i was patiently awaiting a trial to prove i was framed i recieved a call from my attorney telling me the prosecutor in perry county no longer felt they had evidence to prove my guilt. instead of taking a loss on his record he chose to dismiss all charges against me. no trial -- all charges dismissed. good choice perry county. i am a father of six and a good man . the attempted prosecution of me was a waste of taxpayers money and government resources. the officers involved should bee held accountable for their mishandling of my case from beginning to end.

I'm sure anyone with a brain can figure out Joey Carr didn't really post that. BTW he (Carr) is friends with some of the biggest dope addicts in Crooksville and thats a fact because my cousin is one of them.

And had they NOT mishandled you're case and had a good warrant, would you still be in trouble? I've known a lot of people with kids that were drug dealers. It's not a good excuse or a very good alibi. Just sayin...

First I want to say that wether or not Brian would have been guilty if they had done thier jobs correctly and not been so corrupt it could have worked in their favor. Two wrongs do not make a right and who is willing to hold them accountable? We know Joey is just as guilty as the rest of them who is gonna drug test him? I have been on the reciving end of Joey Carr and Kevin Staretts corruption I got a charge dropped because they fabricated evidence too bad we had video!! On top of that Joey had the nerve to make refrence to living in a trailor wtf he lives in the trailor court!! Congrats Brian its about time they are exposed!!

Charges are being filed in a federal court against officers at the scene the evening brian hanna was arrested. the documents being filed accuse the officers of violating mr hannas' constitutional rights as well as the rights of other adults and children there that evening. also the charges allege that a conspiracy to continue the farce was perpetrated when the officer kevin starret offered for publication a false press release to sway public opinion about mr hanna by printing false press releases and posting the false press releases on the news channels 4,6,10, and whiz. Kathy Thompson Of the times recorder And Gary Wilson of the perry county tribune will be called to testify as well as the officers and the adults at the hanna home the evening of the arrest.

Perry County is all about "easy kills" they aren't going to doing anything that requires much skill or thought. They are a bunch of stupid oafs that only have a job because they know or are related to someone or are screwing them. No one is hired on merit or actually ability to do the job.

They aren't going to solve any murders (unless they can pin it on someone easily) they aren't looking into any deeper issues, its a bunch of good old boys doing nothing but playing with guns and peoples lives.

Take Dan Kinsel he went to Miller High School and was in Special Education Classes his entire High School Career. He married Kym Merkle because she was fat and unattractive and couldn't find anyone else. He has tode the coat-tails of her family name to get where he is at. Had he not married her he wouldn't be a cop, he'd be asking if you want fries with that. Perry County is full of inbred mouth breathing dumbassses!
