The area is atv friendly, but this did not happen in the village of New Straitsville. I have the bac, there was no alcohol involved. It was simply speed that caused the accident. I also have the witness statements to support this. To the family, sorry for your loss.

Bodie, I see you write something following just about every story the dispatch publishes. You clearly make Grove City look far worse than it is.
Please stop. Go do something nice for someone because right now, you're a sad little person.
No, Grove City is as bad as it seems. White flight in the Columbus Southend saw Hillbilly Haven move west on I-270 and take up roost in what is now known as Grove-tuckey. Bodie exemplifies the Grove City resident of 2009. I just wonder if the doorless flatbed with the big Stars & Bars is his. Yee-Haw, the mullet is alive in Greyhound country.

First, It's always sad when someone is injured or dies in an accident.
Second , why does anything that envolves ANY recreational hobby envoke such harsh criticism when someone is injured /dies?
Are the ones that write these stupid responses just jealous they don't have a real hobby or the money to do it?
There are, I'll bet, millions of ATV's, dirt bikes, go-fast boats, Road bikes, sky divers, bungee cord enthusists etc. that enjoy the hell out of their toys.......why not? I think people should just be accountable for their own actions and everyone else should BUTT OUT.
Also on the helmet issue....it is cheaper to bury someone that dies because of no helmet then one that wears a helmet and lives to be confined to a wheel chair or worsethe rest of their lives. If you don't believe me look at the confidential records of insurance companies on that.....it's always about money. And you will never see an ATV rider bitch about a bird watcher falling out of a tree.
