This goes on all the time in Frankfort. I assume some people think the walkway is meant as a parking space. Have called Frankfort Village Hall and asked about regulations concerning this situation. No return calls. People who park across walkways are just plain ignorant or dont care.Issue a few citations and things may change.

Is this the reason for the traffic jam in my subdivision? I thought it may have been caused by Mayor Balderman jaywalking thru the Commons.

Are you really serious. Nothing else to do but take pictures of cars blocking the driveway. Get a life you hill-jack. If it bothers you so much go knock on the door and say something to the driver. Your nothing but a chicken shit and don't want to get involved so you write on this site and cry, cry, cry. Call the police is also a option but you really should face the driver you little wuss. But you won't. You will just keep writing on this site and hope someone else will do something about it. Wah-Wah-Wah

I agree. Several south side communities have written ordinances against this. If you park over the sidewalk, you get a ticket. You're blocking a public way. Besides, if you had a disabled family member, you would probably be complaining too instead of cracking jokes.

This car should be ticketed. Also, people who put their basketball hoops (blocking sidewalks) should pay fines as well. They don't own the walkway!

I see the "Red Neck" photos on there as racist.

After all, if they were of blacks there'd be a hue (no pun) and a cry so loud that even Jesse Jackson would stop rhyming.

I cannot argue with that, but you don't own that piece of land that runs through your (their) property. Therefore, the homeowner should not block it for pedestrians and bike riders to get by. I tell my kids just go around in their grass or rocks if there is a hoop in the way - even if it means that their stuff gets messed up. Sorry - move the hoop. It's very rude.

wow is all i can say. get a life people. walk around the damn car! you should consider yourself lucky if this is your biggest problem. Im sure you have lots of problems though, considering you took the time to grab your camera and then run to this website instead of growing some balls and asking the person nicely to move. I bet they would have no problem moving it. F-ing moron!!!!!!!!! And have fun calling the police, they will most likely be annoyed that you couldnt find a way to resolve this problem yourself.

Why don't you go back to school to learn how to write properly! You are CLEARLY NOT educated. I would expect a response like this from people like YOU. WHO'S THE MORON NOW????

Then either your happy arse or the village can come cut the grass on the other half because if thats the case, whoever can just throw a fence around the front yard, and let the other half go to crap
