I like young adults remaining on working parents insurance till 26. I don't like a bureocratic appointed board deciding limits on individuals, nor the financhial reduction Doctors will be forced into, I don't like the fraudlent numbers used to justify it, I don't like the current CBO cost estimate stating double what they told us. Lots of bad things...

How about you Marko? Enlighten us, but please, no made up scenarios ok?

I am sort of torn. I believe that religious organizations should not be able to impose their beliefs on anyone else. I guess I would have to say the same for people opposing beliefs on religious organizations then?
I believe that everyone has the right to go over their benefits, and as long as the 'contract' is legit, they should see what is covered and what is not covered. I do think that should be in writing though.
It is difficult for me to choose a particular side when I have not run a large business and don't know exactly how much 'tweaking' is allowed. If this tweaking is in any way hidden from the prospective employee, then I find that wrong.
I believe everyone should be allowed the same opportunity for medical treatment regardless of 'class'. I currently have exceptional insurance, but if my husband were to leave his employer, I may not be reinstated with anyone else. I have quite a few preexisting conditions. He was laid off for quite a while and I had to purchase a temporary policy, which was pretty cheap! I quickly realized why it was cheap. I was still paying almost 900.00 a month for medications (mostly generic)!!
Ultimately, I blame the insurance companies for most of this mess. I am currently unable to work because of these issues, but can not afford the treatments required to become healthy (enough to work).
It is maddening the kind of control insurance has over our lives. I know someone myself who is locked into a job because they fear not being able to qualify for another policy. I do not think that most people realize how minor a health issue it takes to be denied insurance until they get denied. It is a system in dire need of reform.
