Maybe another excellent coach will step into the SLW role. Hold your judgement. Emery was good and Malito replaced him.

That is a horrible decision! Malito is an excellent coach, perfect for teaching the game to the young kids so they can develop a strong football foundation. How short sighted, as usual.
You know NOTHING about the program and who these people are and where they came from. And possibly what they did before they decided to coach youth sports.

Mike Malito was moved up from Superlights to JV. Good move by NLYFA Athletic Director!

Any that makes sense how? What I know is Malito is a great coach at his level. I thought the aim of the program was to keep guys in one position as long as possible? So now the Knights have 2 first year coaches at a given level, when they allready had a great fit at the SL level. You and the rest of them are a joke. Say one thing do another. I cant wait to hear who the new JV warrior coach will be. My bet it its one of the lackey yes men currently on the board. any takers? stay tuned....

Well Darin is out and now I hear Phil quit the LW Warrior job. Now the board can replace him with another lap dog clown. Or will Chief Clown Niemeier move down to LW? I doubt it. he is tellin people his next stop is high school. Personally i think its good he is going back for his diploma
Ah, the good old NYFA - Niemeier Youth Football Association. Hope he and his kiss ass, puppet AD S. Barry (did he ever play a down of football)have a plan.

Did anyone ever ask why the LW Warrior head coach did not come back? It can only be one guess, its called P-A-R-E-N-T-S. Maybe we can get him over in our program.

Wow. I didn't see that one coming. I thought Emery would have been moved up. Wonder who will take the SLW team? Malito did a great job with them.

No matter what team your kid is on, keep it real! Anyone talking about how someone looks or what they do just showes what an ass you are. As a coach our job is to get the boys ready for next level, period!!!! We have 40+ kids every year and MOST teams coach all to prepare for next level. Not just the 15 best kids so we can pat ourselves on our backs at the end of the season. So all I have to say is unless your there 5 days a week on the field giving up your free time, not droppin kids off then talking crap w/others till pick up time, step up or shut up! Remember once in high school most kids will switch between Warriors and Knights. This is youth football!

That all sounds good, but it is BS. I was JV warrior last year and if you werent top 15-20, you didnt play, period! I was LW warrior 2 years ago, everyone got good playing time. SL same way. as the kids get older, the kids play less unless you are tops. develop? ya the top 15, thats it

Maybe if more parents stepped up and quit their bitching all the time some coaches would stay at one level. But remember, they VOLUNTEER their time, so they can do whatever they want. And I believe the Jr. Warriors have all their coaches (yes my kid plays on Jr. Warriors)and there was no change from last year from what I heard.

I remember that Warrior team, if you weren't the top 15 on that average team, then maybe you should have been playing soccer anyway. Quit crying, if you are not good enough, then you shouldn't play.

Lap Dog is named. Hinchliff, Niemeier's best friend. Go figure. English, never played, coached Chuck's sorry offense last season...good replacement for the most qualified coach they had. Emery may have a chance this year

No way they would do that. get your facts straight before you go spouting off on here. When they name the new coach im sure he will be a great one. the board has the best interest of the kids at heart even if you don't believe it.

They did. Go on the website and you'll see Hincliff is the new LW Warriors coach and Malito is the new JV Knights coach.
