NY prohibits smoking in addiction recovery centers

Many drug addicts, problem gamblers and alcoholics may find it harder to kick their habits in New York now that the state has become the first in the country to ban smoking at all recovery centers.

As an addict,( Cocaine, Alcohol, Heron, Nicoteien)
having trouble spelling cigarettes! Trying to give up drugs is rough!!! Also giving up cigs, at same time might have insured my failure. At present I have 34 years on the job -- 20 drug free -- 0 nicotine free -- I could have had 30 nicotine free -- and zero on the job -- Focus on one prob at one a time -- nicotine & drugs/at the same time can be insurmontable problem dealt at the same time.

ummmm I thought smoking inside was illegal in NYS.
