Okay, are you ready for this? President Obama signs NDAA to no one's surprise, president Obama signed the National Defense Authorization Act last night (12-15-2011) immediately after the House Of Representatives passed it on a vote of 283-136- A.
This deplorable act of treason only shows to cement the fact that President Obama is a serial liar who has basically no respect or the rights of American citizens.

Richard,

You should dig deeper on this issue.

It's a appropriations bill to fund the military. All appropriations bills originate in the House ( controlled by Republicans) how did that language get in the bill? Republicans had to put the language in the bill since they control the appropriations process.

Obama was presented with the decision that if he wanted to fund the military for the next year, he has to sign the bill. It's been reported that he will issue a" signing statement" announcing that he objects to certain parts of the bill and intends to ignore the detention language in the bill.

Another example of how Republicans will throw anybody under the bus in order to jack the president.

This is not how our country is supposed to run.

OK,
He did what he said he would do. Issued a signing statement saying that he objects to certain parts of the bill dealing with individual liberties and that he will not utilize those sections of the bill.

Did you see the info I sent you on Facebook in re: realtor in Tucson?

Rich, The house does control the purse strings and this was a Bill to fund the Military.......... The Bill as originally written did not have that clause in it. The CIC refused to sign the bill as written and would only sign Military App Bill with that clause in it weitten that way.
