He will need a democratic majority in the house and senate (More than 1 Senator) to be able to do anything. The Repubs have stifeled his attempts at doing anything. Same would go for "ROBME".

Two party system is broke. Extremists killed it. My observation is that the Repubs march to a NAZI steptoe. This wan't always true in the past. They blindly supported anything "W" wanted and look at the mess it got us into.

You're exactly right Chuckie. We are to blame. They shined us in broad daylight. I think they will call us the Stupid Ass generation. Our parents were great. They new how to stick together and fight for what they believed in. Now most people don't even know who their next door neighbors are. I had not been back to the area since about 2005 but within the last 8 months I've been back 3 times for family health problems and a funeral. The influx of the city trash they have allowed to come into the area with slumlord and government housing is a shame. I will hack you up on this. These prople need to work for the money and other benefits they are given from Uncle Sugar. With all of the federal/state/municipal facilities around there is alot for them to do.

True but the only way,to create more jobs is to cut imports,or tax them so high they will cost the same as American goods.
Question would you buy American or Imports if they cost the same.
I know that is a loaded question..

BO and the gang found a way to boost the latest creative accounting figures for employment. The government's plan for getting people back to work is to provide 99 weeks of unemployment checks (to not work). BO must go!

I have several friends back in the Valley that have been severely affected by the downturn that started in 2007. Several buds showed up for work one day at a plant in Creighton to find the gates to their facility chained shut. Seems that folks like the bunch at Bane Capital took care of their 25+ year career. They as well as the others have been looking for a living wage job since then. They have taken other jobs paying a little above minimum wage but have yet to find a decent paying job. All of these jobs were for less tha 40 hrs per week. These folks like many others thank the almighty that the unemployment checks were available. What would you have had people like the ones I mention do? Prices for everything have skyrocketed. In my opinion it's the folks on Wall Street (supported by both the Dems & Repubs) are at fault for this mess. They are behind making a business out of everything (higher education/ helath care etc.). It's a much different world than what we were used to. The almighty dollar rules.
