As the article states there is no provision in federal or state law to recall a member of Congress. However, that could and must change when We the People take back our government and nation from the stupidity of the Democrat Party in Nov. Two constitutional amendments are a must for the next Congress.
One of them will permit the recall of any and all members of Congress by their constituents. The other will set short-term limits for both houses. Career politicians, who have been, and continue, to ruin this nation and its economy, must be eliminated from government. The draconian and insidious power of incumbent congresspersons is a clear and present danger to the freedoms that we enjoy and take for granted. This current Democrat Congress is living proof of this threat.
