we are thankful for the efforts of many leading doctors , however prevention is better than a cure. We must invest in our health. simply for the best reason that we only have one life to live and most of all that infamous saying that is so true, "Your health is your Wealth." Recently I came across a nourishing book entitled," 6 Weeks to a Six Pack" vol 2. It is authored by Vince Ferguson. This book is filled with various ways to improve your current state of health. Vince wisely implements great exercises that when used correctly can flatten the abdominal reign in only 6 weeks. As a certified personal trainer Vince is fully aware of how to acheive wellness. He works in a influential, commanding and resourceful manner. He governs his readers with sound advice and techniques that renders positive external and internal outcomes. Throughout his enriched book,6 Weeks To A six Pack,Vince goes into depth about the importance of not consuming foods 2 to 3 hours before bed. He stated,"Your metabolism slows down at night and it is forced to digest food when it is least efficent, meaning you will store extra calories and sugar as fat;and lastly you are loading your body up with fuel that it does not have the capacity or time to burn. This can cause morning gas and stomach cramps." Clearly Vince is highly informed about health and wants his readers to avoid intestinal gas and other discomforts that comes with eating late at night. I was impressed with this book for many reasons. One being that Vince listed the dangers of sugar on the human body.
Mr. Vince Ferguson, mentioned that excessive sugar consumption can cause obesity, cancer, Heart disease and a host of other discomforts that when left unmanaged can lead to death ! It is expressed in his book that ,"In the last 20 years, we have increased sugar consumption in the U.S. from 26 pounds to 150 1bs. of sugar per person per year!" That is beyond incredible to me . Go ahead and do yourself a favor and purchase , 6 Weeks to a six pack vol 2 that is available as a E book.
