Hello, were you not listening? There were no FACTS. Just the testimony of a drug addict witness and the owners of the card shop that were caught in so many lies. Mr Graziano was harrassed by these owners and there is documentation that he took every legal measure against these people. Also, these card shop owners had many enemeies. They had a list of 14 probable people that could have done this to them. Oh, but guess what, Graziano sounds like a name that would do something like this. You cannot take a man's life away based solely on the testimony of liars. It's ridiculous!!!!! And 37 years!! Come on! We are among killers, rapists and child molesters that get a slap on the wrist!
That's too bad, you will be shocked and appauled when you hear what goes on behind bars in a max security prison. He better appeal this. There is not a rectum alive that can survive the punishment. They pound each other so bad they all can't hold their bowel movements in. It is quite disgusting. Tell him to appeal.

The bar he owned was well known around NHP as a drug den and an illegal gambling hall.
