Do you mean to say the tax payers are buying a pig in a poke for allowing our tax dollars to support the Minnesota mosquito control agency. Based on the article most all the credit has to go right back to mother natures way of controlling the pests with the weather. How amazing, with all that poison being sprayed and helicopters flying around must just be a hoax being played on the tax payer.
