Your life must suck if you are willing to leave it all up to a 16 year old texting behind the wheel.

Your life must suck if you are going to cover yourself in bubble wrap because every thing in life is dangerous.

WGAL all ready has the update on their site. The 63 year old taxi driver is being charged with 5 counts of vehicular homicide and is also charged with reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person, according to the court documents.
Moore was suffering low blood sugar related to diabetes, according to the documents.

Typical biketard comeback. There is a Grand Canyon sized difference between putting your uprotected life in the hands of distracted drivers who aren't looking out for you and "covering yourself in bubble wrap."

A teenager makes a left in front of me, they get smashed while I brush off the airbag dust, the same scenario on a bike is a fatal accident, with or without a helmet.

Quit being so simple, you wanna-be rebel poser.

That DA needs to be charged with misuse of his power. The guy had low blood sugar. How does this translate into vehicular homocide? That DA has the common sense of a flea. It's like the cops chasing someone thinking they were drunk only to find out the person had low blood sugar. This DA needs to get his head out of the sand!

I hope Harrisburg City Cab loses their rear ends on this. They have a duty to screen their applicants and review driving records on a regular basis. There is no way this guy should have been a taxi driver. Harrisburg City Cab's inaction is grossly negligent, they didn't do their job and now five people have lost their lives.

Better yet where the hell was Penn Dot? Some people sneeze and loose their license, this guy-they hand deliver it to him and let him make a living at driving!

Without knowing all the facts, I agree it's hard to say. If his past suspensions had anything to do with his diabetes then he should never have been behind the wheel. If he decided to get behind the wheel anyway, then fry him!

Why aren't the owners of the cab company in prison? Two dozen moving violations, and they let this guy drive for them????

You need to be charged with misuse of your computer. Once again you pull the rug out from under what is already a lowbrow conversation. If the cops chase someone and found out it's diabetic shock, the don't charge him...they help him because no charge applies. The cabbie's negligent actions, ie failing to maintain a proper blood sugar level, caused the death of 2 families and another person. HE GETS CHARGED, AND RIGHTFULLY SO. I don't care if you're a church-going father of 5 working 3 jobs to make ends meet who falls asleep at the wheel and kills someone. YOU GET CHARGED BECAUSE OF YOUR NEGLIGENCE FOR DRIVING DROWSY. If someone has an unforeseen medical event, it's a different story. A diabetic knows how important it is to maintain a proper sugar level. This guy drives (unbelievably) for a living, so his responsibility is much higher. PARK THE KEYBOARD AND GET OUT OF YOUR MOM'S BASEMENT, F***TARD.
