It's infringement, pure and simple. Where's the ACLU? This is perfect case for their quest for "liberty".

The ACLU doesn't feel private citizens should own guns, also I hope nobody expected any more from Rendell than to stick-it to gun owners.

Well, what can you expect from an organisation that was started by communist?

Now understand that I see nothing inherently bad about being a communist.
IF, as long as one doesn't try to force –ANY– other to become a member of whatever cadre, or use force/coersion or other means intended to make another succumb to whatever ideal, then the practice of one's ideal is entirely to be left to the INDIVIDUAL, and –NOT– whatever group.

However, the ACLU has proven time and again, that they aren't worth the effort, or the money, to support.

In fact, it may well be said that the ACLU represents no one more than Leviathan.

How could it –not– be more true, than it having been shown that they have ––STEADFASTLY REFUSED– the idea of a self-armed man, or woman, against the state?

Is –NOT– the ACLU more a state-centered aparatus, than one centered on the individual?

The 'proof' as the Brits say, is in the pudding.
The ACLU hates the idea of the individual being armed against –ITS– state: THE ALL POWERFUL being.

Thirty years ago, while we were sleeping, our Congress passed legislation that forces municipalities to pay for the legal fees whenever the ACLU sues them. So, when you hear about that Nativity scene, the Ten Commandment, or whatever, you can be assured that the ACLU is making thousands.

In Dover, PA last year, the ACLU made about 2 million off of the school district and the Intelligent Design debacle.

Yesterday, we learned that the ACLU will make about 2.4 Million from the Hazleton, PA illegal immigration debacle.

The ACLU has always been about tearing down society. They now also steal tax money while tearing down society. They never, ever, ever even lend support to a 2nd Amendment case.

Pretty soon, not too far away methinks, we will all be down at the hardware store fighting over buckets of driveway sealer, while our wives bust open the feather pillows. I have had enough of the ACLU. Like working at the hotdog plant, I have learned things I never wanted to know.
