How can someone fail a drug test for having (5) five nanograms of thc in their system? I guess they can work for NASA but not Felman!! Also how can a top ranking company official keep ducking the RANDOM drug test??? Just thinkin !!!!!!!

It was a Random drug test(yea rite)but all company officials are supposed to be tested when they have these things! But a certain official from the Ukraine did't get tested the same day.but just happened to be tested seven(7) days later,enough time to pee clean wish all employees had that chance,at least then the test would be fair & equal !!!!!

Unless it was you who was fired for a positive drug test, I can't imagine why you find fault with testing employees. I would feel safer knowing Felman is not allowing men to operate any machinery with any drug in their system. As for testing all company men when they do random testing, where is that stated? And if the man you are speaking of is from the Ukraine, do you honestly think he would be fired regardless of a positive test? Where does your paycheck come from?? Be safe.

I am a full-time union employee @ Felman I do believe in drug testing but I think it does need to be administrated equally plant wide! It should not be pick & choose as to who does or doesn't take it. As for the guy from the Ukraine , of course the company is going to see to it that he passes. It's just something that pisses me off!(what's good for the goose should be good for the gander)

yes I agree,everyone should be tested at the same time,union and company. The only time anyone should be individually tested is if they are involved in a work-related accident. They should also do a HO test lol cause hell women wise they hire some real winners up there and then give them authority. These ukraines are a damn joke. They dont care about their employees.Just what they can get from them. Why would you let someone who isnt qualified to fill a job have it to begin with? Mmmm...maybe they do the HO test after all ahhahahahaha.

It was a follow up test. The first one was thrown out. They brought Paula back to administer the test. Paul picket shit his pants when she turned in the samples. He said Paula this was supposed to be a urine drug test what am I going to do with all this semen??

Well first you smoke pot. Then it stays in your system. Then you go to work and get hit on a random. Then you realize that your a loser and unemployed and lost a good job over a joint. Then you look for any excuse to cling to trying blame it on someone else. It's pretty cut and dry really.

Felman has a union,since when? and do the people who are supposedly members of this alleged union know this or are they to just paying dues every month for nothing? my dad works up there, puts in alot of hours, tim morris, a great man & hard worker, and i am very glad they drug test because i actually do want him to be safe working up there, not recently someone died up there in that plant, fell through the FLOOR!!! he wasnt on drugs, he was SOBER and he lost his life, do we really want druggies operating heavy equipment in an unsafe environment???? i think NOT.

5ng or 1ng regardless, individual had traces of an illegal substance in their system. Go reread your union contract and let us know all know where any traces of illegal drugs are OK?

I will tell you its in the drug and alcohol policy that we have had since the contract was signed. It's done by DOT standards! 50 ng and under . Maybe if you would read and research instead of doing drugs you would know that you can have that much from foods, being in the same space as some who is smoking etc . So maybe before you start stating facts....get them right.
