switchblade. Im sorry to say but what about that childs rights????? That innocent baby she killed? Where were his rights.It is not right. I commend you for serving our country. I was very young when you were there but I do about the war. So thank you for that. I dont want to convince anyone. I think it is wrong. If someone is guilty they are guilty. Belive me I know someone who is innocent of something and he has to prove it or he will be going to jail for something he did not do. This country is terrible in its justice system.

how did you come to conclusion that she is guilty before she is even tried in a court of law. according to my inside people, she may in fact might not be found guilty because, my people tell me that she is in the legal term, "insane."
insane or not, she won't serve a single day in prison.
if the court deems her insane, the point of this topix becomes moot.
however, it is not your right to find her outright guilty of any allege crimes against by her.
so from this point now spew all the negative comments against her. i will no longer respond to your ignorance statements of your belief of her guilt.
just remember this, she wasn't charged with murder.and that is because, no way could the state's attorney prosecute her for murder.
if she is in fact insane, her next stop will be whiting forsenic hospital.
one thing that i do agree with you 100 %, the CJS in this country sucks.
