The best part is near the end of the article where they state that a bigger problem is that people are conserving too much so that they are surnishing less and therefore have to charge more..Anotherwords the better we are at conserving the more they will increase the cost...9133

These people are beyond comprehension. Connecticut residents already pay approximately twice the average countrywide rate. A huge increase on top of that??? You're idiots. Don't tell me about your costs; what ever you're doing to manage those costs isn't enough.

That is where just a minuscule portion of the money is going. The vast majority is likely wasted on extremely poor business practices and union stuff like pensions and benefits.
