A member of the East Haven Board of Police Commissioners has been arrested on a charge of second-degree threatening in connection with an incident involving a 14-year-old boy.

On the day that approximately 200 Latinos and their supporters held a unity march in East Haven to protest racial profiling, a published report said Hispanics and African-Americans are more likely than white motorists to receive a ticket if they are stopped by a police officer in Connecticut.

My study suggests don't give the police a reason to pull you over. Slow down, register the car and insurance. Low riders with smoke coming out the windows will attract attention. LOUD banging music at 1 am draws attention.

oh, i'll tell you what.. East Hartford cops are more unethical & corrupt than East Haven ones.
They won't enforce so many local, state & even federal laws yet stick up for people who abuse or out others lives at risk.

Go google Attorney Spinella, he is a cuvil rights attorney who handled cases for civil rights victims against East Hartford Police Department.
the cops broke into some guy's house in his 60s & beat him up b/c they thought that he had stolen a car, when he did not!
They had no right to beat someone up even if he did!
East Hartford cops aren't judge & jury! They have broken so many civil rights laws against people who cannot defend themselves!!

East Hartford cops are just as corrupt & negligent as many other corrupt cops, but the mayor likes to tell people it is a safe town, when it is not anymore!

There's a slew of them who like to violate Jewish people civil rights too. They don't care & keep on harassing & discriminating against them too!
Don't feel like you're the only one in that boat! Other minorites have been threatened also besides the Hispanics.
