P&Z Quashes Higher Density Housing
The North Haven Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously on Monday to reject a proposed amendment that would have allowed higher-density condos in town.

Now the town is going to get 100 units rather an 60 in the area of Lexington Gardens, and they will be "affordable housing units" as defined by the state. That's how smart everyone in North Haven is. And the zoning and planning commission knew exactly what was going to get built here if they denied the proposal. Terrible leadership. I am going to contact the builder and request he construct giant 300-unit high rises. The property values of summer lane, cloudland, and sugar are going to plummet! I can't wait for this project to break ground.
