You are right. A few months ago a woman was arrested while making retail drug deliveries in West Hartford. It was similar to pizza delivery. My only question was, how much do you have to tip the H delivery person?
My guess is, if you meet the business end of a .380, it wasn't enough.

Thats right, they are the ones keeping the drug dealers in Hartford in business.

This case will be thrown out of court, because the cops stepped all over thier rights. There is a bigger issue here, since when does a seat belt violation lead to a serch of the car. The gov is stepping all over rights, this case won't make to court. even id he put it in is pocket and not in shoes. Does a seat belt violation warrent a search?

Yea, they have the right to do heroin. Leave them alone let them do their drugs its alright. The government should just look the other way. Didn't you do heroin when you were young? Hopefully they can finance it by Knocking over some 7-11's or breaking into a few homes or steal a few purses. They really should have their seat belts on. They should talk on their cell phones, that way the cops would never pull them over.

The police need "probable cause" to make an arrest, but only need "articuable suspicion" to make a search. People scrambling around in a car trying to hide something will provide "articuable suspicion." Once they found the heroin the police had "probable cause" to make an arrest.

Drugs are every where, not just Hartford and West Hartford. They are hurting every one not just Blacks and Hispanics. The problem is nationwide not just in our back yard. It take money to purchase drugs for sale. Look at the man sitting in the house on the hill.

Since you decided to only see what you want. Try this: After the person attempted to conceal the heroin packets, they both were searched and the heroin was found in the shoe. Now, I know that you won't like this because it takes away from your cop bashing, but it is what it is!

Who is cop bashing?? It's the system that's screwed up, they are just the pawns.

I may be wrong, but I assumed that the two bought heroin in Hartford and were heading back home. If I'm right in that assumption then it is likely that they were stopped on Albany Ave (Rte 44) which heads out to Barkhamsted and Winsted.
Why travel all that way into Hartford when they could have just gone to Torrington since it is becoming a heroin mecca these days.

Addiction is a disease just like cancer; officers should not treat drug offenders with such harsh penalties. These people need help not records. Jail turns a petty drug offender into an even worse one when they come out. The system is designed to fail so the government can benefit off the sickness.

Daily Horoscope for December 11

Leo

If you look closely, you'll see a black cloud hovering over a loved one's head. They'll find the smallest excuse for losing their temper or throwing a tantrum, so tiptoe around them or try to jolly them out of their filthy mood. If the situation continues you may decide that it would be better to get the inevitable argument out of the way than to pussyfoot around them any longer.
