Hmm wow and the reason being that I said all that was because to me they are kids, I was there while the one grew up..or was supposed to grow up anyway. He did the crime...do the time. I'm not a retard. People do bad things and pay the consequences. That's the way it should be. However since I knew the one kid...I'm not cool with you people being like oh they should be hung. Leave the sentencing to the judge. I'm so sorry to the victims but I'm also sorry to his family and those who cared about him. Ive had enough things happen to me and people around me that I know you can be pissed and feel destroyed but it always turns out ok in the end. You can't just carry that hate with you forever. They're gonna pay for what they did. Yea what if it was your kid who did something like that...you wouldnt want people saying that kind of junk either. Think about it. It's easy to look from the outside in....but your perspective changes when you're on the inside. People like me...I know we're so terrible for caring about troubled individuals. If someone cared enough from the start...maybe their lives could of been saved.
Oh please, maybe you should have cared more when the one was growing up. And no it doesn't always turn out OK in the end. Ask these guys this after they do their time if it was OK in the end.
Their acts of stupidity have ruined their lives and their families lives.
You can care about troubled people but when you make such ignorant, as in stupid, comments you invite backlash. And your comments rank right up there with some of the most stupid I have ever read. Read them over and you'll have to agree.

Well, I didn't know any of the criminals involved, but I do know two of the victims and one lives across the street from me. The horn blowing on the engulfed vehicle woke me up. It was NOT fun to see this so close to home and was quite scary to go through. Not to mention the fear afterwards. It was a source of great unrest in this household. I can't imagine being one of the victims and the unrest it must have caused them.

So while it may be tragic that one or both of them had a troubled time "growing up", it is even more tragic how many were terrorized and left with huge bills and mess to clean up. No, insurance didn't cover everything as one would imagine and victims lost money as well as their cars.

So let these guys rot in jail and be someone's b*tch - then they can tell us how much fun they had setting the fires.

My guess is that their defense would be that they were not playing with a "full deck".
